Custom Pool Design

Every great pool starts with a thoughtful design. During this phase, we'll discuss your vision, lifestyle, and budget to create a custom pool design tailored to your property. You'll also select finishes, materials, features, and enhancements that bring your dream backyard to life.

Pre-Construction & Permitting

Before construction begins, we finalize plans, secure all necessary permits, and prepare the site for installation. Our team ensures everything is ready for a smooth and efficient build process.

Excavation

Once permits are approved, excavation begins. Our team carefully marks and excavates the pool area according to the approved design. Any obstacles such as landscaping, trees, fencing, or other obstructions within the construction zone will be removed as needed.

Initial Plumbing Installation

With the excavation complete, we install the underground plumbing system. This includes plumbing lines for circulation, filtration, main drains, returns, spas, and any custom water features. 

Steel Reinforcement

Next, a steel rebar framework is installed to provide strength and structural integrity for your pool. During this phase, we also complete the necessary electrical bonding and grounding to ensure safety and code compliance.

Shotcrete Shell Installation

One of the most exciting milestones is the application of shotcrete. Our skilled professionals pneumatically apply shotcrete to form the pool shell, creating a durable foundation designed to last for decades.

Deck Preparation

After the shell has cured, we prepare the surrounding area for decking. This includes grading, leveling, and removing construction forms to create a solid base for your future outdoor living space. 

Final Plumbing & Equipment Installation

At this stage, pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems is installed. Our team completes all plumbing connections between the equipment and the pool system.

Electrical Installation

Our licensed electricians complete all electrical work, including panel upgrades when necessary. Pool lighting, automation systems, water feature controls, and other components are connected and tested for proper operation.

Tile, Coping & Deck Installation

The finishing details begin to take shape with the installation of decorative waterline tile and coping around the pool perimeter and decking. Skimmers and other finishing components are also installed during this phase. 

Interior Pool Finish & Startup

The interior surface of your pool is carefully prepared and finished. Whether you’ve selected plaster, pebble, quartz, or another premium finish, this step gives your pool its final appearance and waterproof protection. After the interior finish is applied, our start-up specialists begin filling and balancing the pool. Proper start-up procedures are followed to ensure optimal water chemistry and allow the new finish to cure correctly.

Pool School & Project Completion

Once your pool is fully operational, we’ll schedule a personalized Pool School. Our team will walk you through equipment operation, maintenance recommendations, water care basics, and all the features of your new backyard oasis so you can enjoy it with confidence.
